Debra arrived from San Francisco on Sunday to help me build for the next week. We started by assembling the framing for the east wall. One of the many ways that Debra has helped has been to hold pieces together while I drive screws. Often this means standing in the appropriate spot!
While baking in the sun (or suffering from any kind of temperature-control issue), one should have a piece of stiff styrofoam to use as a fan!
After two days of assembly, Arlen and Dale arrived to help sheath the outside...
...and raise the wall into place.
Even though it's tiny and cute, the east wall is not yet complete; the bumpout still must be framed in.
It's starting to look like a house! (a *tiny* house!)
